Full-time university, college and high school students, 12 year of age or older, are eligible for the International Student Identity Card (ISIC).

The ISIC is the only internationally recognised proof of full-time student status in the world and is a student travel discount card in that 70 countries worldwide, including Canada. If travelling abroad, the ISIC provides discounts on accommodation, admission to historical sites and museums, and transportation.

The price of the ISIC is $20.00. For full-time students who are members of either the Canadian Federation of Student or the Canadian Federation of Students-Service, the card is issued as a benefit of membership (i.e. the $20.00 fee is waived).
